The basis of ATY is its board, with volunteer members who have backgrounds in the arts, non-profit management, law, corporate management and development. Members operate through committees that include the Executive Committee, Policy Committee, Long-Range Planning and Marketing, Finance and Fundraising, and ad hoc committees to work on particular projects. The members have a goal of full giving, and dedicated service including participation in work calls, attendance at plays, and service to the community through ATY.
