Summer Conservatory Registration is now OPEN!!!
Discover the magic of the stage at ATY Summer Conservatory!
Before you get started with registration - we invite you to peruse our Summer Conservatory FAQ’s page!
Registration & Payment Options
When registering, families may choose to pay full tuition, a tiered tuition amount, or submit a $50 Non-refundable Tuition Deposit. The Tuition Deposit secures your student’s spot in the program and is applied toward total tuition.
If the Tuition Deposit is selected, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent after registration. A reminder invoice will be sent 30 days before the start of the program if payment has not been received.
Full tuition payment is required no later than 14 days before the program begins. If payment is not received by this deadline, the student’s spot will be released.
2026 Tiered Tuition
ATY’s tiered tuition model is designed to meet our incredible community where they are and ensure that access to high-quality theatre education is never hidden behind a paywall. Families are invited to select the tuition tier that best reflects their current financial situation.
Tiered tuition is available for the Music Theatre Conservatory and Acting Conservatory only.
Families seeking assistance for Fairytale or Triple Threat programs should submit a scholarship application HERE.
Tuition Tiers
Tier 1: Full Cost
This tier most closely reflects the true cost of running a summer theatre conservatory, including insurance, theatre venue rental, costumes, t-shirts, rights and royalties, design elements, and professional staff.
Tier 2: Partially Subsidized
This mid-level rate helps offset basic operating costs but does not reflect the full cost of programming. The remaining cost is covered through generous grants and donations from community supporters.
Tier 3: Fully Subsidized
This tier allows students with financial need to participate in the theatre experience, even though it does not reflect the true cost of programming. The difference is fully supported by grants and community donations.
Scholarships
We trust families to select the tuition tier that best reflects their current financial situation. If program costs are still prohibitive, we encourage you to submit a scholarship application HERE.
Pending available community and grant funding, ATY offers a limited number of partial and full scholarships. Scholarship decisions will be made by May 1. All scholarships are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
Thank You to Our Supporters
We are deeply grateful to the donors, organizations, and community members whose generosity makes tiered tuition and scholarships possible for ATY students.

This show transports us inside the bright, pixelated world of video games! When the famous characters we know and love run out of lives, they decide to put on a musical fundraiser that will help them raise gold rings and play on. Through hilarious and heartfelt musical numbers we see the heroes, villains and sidekicks like we’ve never seen them before. But when things go terribly awry, it’s the quiet sidekick Little Mushroom who must find the hero within to help save the day!
Frankie Builds Androids
Meet Frankie, a brilliant but socially awkward student who can’t seem to connect with her classmates. When a group project goes awry, Frankie devises an unconventional solution: she replaces all her classmates with android replicas, each programmed to correct their flaws. What follows is a hilarious and unexpected string of events that challenges Frankie’s ideas of belonging and perfection. Featuring a modern synth-pop score, this sci-fi musical comedy explores the ways we build narratives around one another and how a community where everyone is exactly the same is not a community at all.

Acting Conservatory Shows
Welcome to the Circus
Created by the Cast
When the circus begins, something isn’t quite right. Rules stop working, objects misbehave, and every attempt to fix the problem leads to playful chaos. Through dazzling acrobatics, juggling, aerial movement, and clowning, an ensemble of performers learns to adapt, collaborate, and imagine new possibilities together.
This devised circus play invites young audiences into a joyful world where creativity, teamwork, and curiosity turn mistakes into magic—and remind us that sometimes the best solutions are the ones we invent ourselves.
Drop Dead Juliet
By Allison Williams
Juliet has had enough! Enough with the poison, enough with the stabbing, and especially enough with the dying. She wants a new story and she wants it now. More parts for girls! More romance! Less death!
Romeo and Juliet will never be the same - or will it? Not everyone's so keen on the changes. And why is Romeo sneaking off with Rosaline?
Agatha Rex
Adapted by Lindsay Price
(Advanced Conservatory)
Agatha is a girl who stands up for her beliefs, regardless of the consequences. As student council president at Thebes High, she vigorously defends a student who is unfairly punished. Based on her actions, she could be expelled and lose an important scholarship.
Set in a modern-day high school, the play translates the original Greek chorus into a fantastic ensemble opportunity.
